A wide lobby on the ground floor, a cafeteria and a hall with many bookcases. On the second floor offices and 12 hotel rooms. The secondary part of the building contains a circular hall. In addition to the courtyard there is also wide wooden deck and a spacious rear lawn. The building and yard design emphasis on integrating art work such as paintings and sculptures.
