Mandate-era historic building built in a square shape around an open courtyard. The first two floors of galleries and workshops for artists in glass facades that allow to see the artists at work. On the third floor office space and rooftop terraces. On the ground floor there is an Exhibition space and arched small room lined with Armenian tiles. The building is built in an eclectic style and the courtyard walls are embedded with symbols of nobility.
